Look in the lower left of the image you posted and it shows that you have two sessions deselected. Try turning them on. Also, if you have the SmartStart option on try turning it off.

I am not sure how to turn on the sessions.  Are the sessions those little boxes in the lower left corner? And where is the Smartstart option?

To turn on a session, check the little square box to the session's left in the lower pane. Left-clicking will toggle it from "off" (no check mark) to" on" (with check mark displayed). SmartStart is a Resmed option. It is set in the Clinician's menu.
