RE: Opinions on Settings Help Resmed VAuto
6 I think with 3 full somehow I think. Again I’ll look tomorrow. are you able to pop in SD card of same format if I copy paste the folders of the old card there. Wonder if there is a max size the machine supports. I would assume 16-32 or there is no real max.

8 is much more likely though I could be misremembering the 6 number

The A10 series is limited to a 32 GB maximum size. A 4 GB is the minimum size.

RE: Opinions on Settings Help Resmed VAuto
So SD card is only 4GB and has always been in the machine. Added a 32 so that should be fine i hope.

More importantly here are three nights with varied settings. Anything we can tell from this, I see no CA, prop because of the lower PS but idk if a few days is enough data. I think a PS 5 is the min I can get away with comfortably. If i remember correctly a high PS (especially in early therapy) can lead to CA if CO2 gets too low. I was fine with 17/25/7 but I figured it may be better to lower the PS if I can so the min can go up if needed.

Again, if i'm remembering correctly, the EPAP is the more important pressure when it comes to treating OSA. Hence, me lowering my PS to lets say 5 will let the BiPAP get up to EPAP of 20 if needed. I will attach the last three nights of data.

As far as the asthma, it is getting much better with new meds but if i do wake up and take off the mask i do feel resistance. Its been almost a month since my exacerbation so things should get better from here. Im seeing a pulmonologist who happens to be a sleep specialist as well. I mentioned I had OSA and was using it to help me during my asthma attacks as well. He requested I bring over the BiPAP next visit so he can look at setting. I already warned him Im the one messing with my pressures and settings and he already figured that given how i was explaining my symptoms.

Also oddly, I just had to reinstall OSCAR due to unrelated issues, and i also decided to add old data to it. I will post the same nights as my first post. Why is the AHI so much more since i reset OSCAR? My Air reports 1.7 event per hour on for the 27th and 3.6 events per hour in the 28th. Oscar is reporting a AHI of 4.94 and a RDI of 1.65 for the 27th and a AHI of 10.66 and a RDI of 3.5 for the 28th. What numbers should I trust and what is more reliable for treatment AHI, or RHI?

UPDATE I restated OSCAR and things seem to look ok now. I will re add the photos i just posted. Why would oscar go all crazy like that?

Updated Graphs Below Note RDI is 2.21 for 7-29-22, 1.08 for 7-30-22, and 1.30 for 7-31-22
Settings I forgot to mention TI max= raised it up to 3 with the lower ps as I was hitting PS Max when trying to get to sleep. TI min= 0.3 I think All of the timings are on Medium.
