Opinions please - PerthCPAP
Hello all. Have any of the Aussie members used PerthCPAP? Their prices on Resmed gear are substantially lower than the average prices I've seen advertised here in Australia. Can anybody tell me anything about them and their service?

Many thanks
Paul

If wanted to avoid local rip-off prices, check suppliers #2 and #10 (both ship outside US)
Machines are multi-voltages, you only need a power plug adapter or an S8 power cord from Supplier #13

Hi Zonk. Yes I'm aware that we pay over the odds here. However I am a CPAP neophyte and I believe I'll need some handholding to get me over the hump. I'm prepared to pay extra if the company provides ongoing support. It would be a different situation if I was more experienced and knowledgable about the whole situation.

Regards
Paul

You might consider buying your machine from one of the suppliers mentioned to save significant money, and lean on this forum for manuals and guidance. Then buy your mask from local supplier.

The machines are easy to set up and keep tuned. The mass can be an ongoing challenge. After 3 years and many masks i am still searching for the latest greatest mask that will work for me.

It seems the perfect mask would be one that never touches your face but still maintains a perfect seal. I know that is impossible with current technology, but i can dream.

DeepBreathing, I live in Melbourne, I go to a franchised supplier here, their prices are higher but was happy to do it the first time around when I was a newbie.
Now that I know what I'm doing, I will buy over the net from the US next time I need a machine.
I still go there if I need a mask as I can try them on.
