Oscar Data: New to CPA AHI above 6
Hi all,

Please disregard the info in my user profile. I don't know how to change it I am using OSCAR as you can tell from the attachments, and my pressure was originally prescribed as 8-16 but I've changed it from 4-11 to see if it would help me with compliance. I also have EPR set to 3 and when I tried lowering it to 2 it made it harder to be compliant but I'm willing to try again if the data suggests I need to.

These images are from 3 of the past 4 nights of using CPAP. As you can see on one night I had an AHI of 11.35 for the 4.5 hours I used it that night which is actually the same as my AHI from my sleep study which was 11.4

Any suggestions? I do seem to notice improvement on the nights I use CPAP both but it isn't super significant. But in terms of nocturnal erections (Apologies for TMI!), more likely to remember dreams, and general wakefulness during the day they all seem to be improved on nights I am able to stay compliant.

Any suggestions you  folks can provide are appreciated! Maybe try turning both the min/max pressure up? What would you folks recommend based on my data?

Some more data below for a total of 3 nights of my most recent usage.
