Oscar SD Card Download Issue

Question
Oscar SD Card Download Issue
I look at Oscar daily to track my ResMed data. Lately I am unable to upload the most recent night from and SD card. It will load the data from one day ago. I have the same issue from 3 different SD cards that I have tried. Anyone else with that issue?

RE: Oscar Download Issue
Compare the time and date of your computer to your CPAP. If the time of the CPAP is latter than the computer, then OSCAR will not load data from the future. I'm guessing that you never took your CPAP off of daylight savings time so it is an hour ahead of your computer.

RE: Oscar Download Issue
The most common explanation for this behavior is that your CPAP machine is set to DST, your computer is set to standard time, and you are trying to import data into OSCAR less than one hour after you get up.

The workaround is to either wait an hour before importing data, or import it again after an hour, or change your CPAP machine so its time is the same as your computer's time.

The cause is the way OSCAR was checking for valid data and it is seeing a timestamp that is "in the future" compared to the computer's clock. This problem has been fixed for the next version of OSCAR.

Thanks for the suggestions. How do I change the time settings on my ResMed Airsense 10?

RE: Oscar Download Issue
You go through the Clinician's menu. To enter this menu, simultaneously press the large rotary dial and the Home button for over 3 seconds. Scroll down the menus using the rotary dial. The time setting parameter is located near the bottom.
