Oscar data missing

Hi all

Despite having my data card inserted into my Vauto machine for the last three nights, Oscar is not importing anything from those nights. 

Do I need to change some settings, or are there any reasons why this might be happening? The import process looks as it always has, but when oscar opens to daily view there's nothing there since Sunday.

Can you see any files on the SD Card ? Maybe it’s faulty

yup - all files are there.

Ok maybe create a new profile and try to import to that. Otherwise we need to enable logs and try and see what’s going on
