Go to the Help > About OSCAR and click on the Show data folder.  Please copy and paste the location here.

It very quickly shows "Loading profile Terry" with a green progress bar, then the text and green bar disappear. Not enough time to copy.

Just a reminder: it was working perfectly until 6 days ago.

Are you saying that after starting OSCAR, it errors out completely while trying to load your profile?

When Oscar is executed, it loads my profile, then shows this screen. Sometimes I can right-click and bring up the "Select Folder" dialog. But it never shows any data. The "View" menus allows me to select "View Daily F5", etc., but do data ever displays.

Can you read and write to your H:/Poppy/Medical/CPAP directory with a text editor?

OK, Most of the time OSCAR uses the OSCAR_Data directory to store its data. Did you modify it to the OSCAR name only? Also, check the security permission list on the complete path to the OSCAR_Data directory to make sure "Everyone" has full control.

It had been working perfectly since I switched over from SleepyHead last September. As far as I know, I made no changes between May 3 and May 4, when it stopped working.
Where is OSCAR_Data?  I don't see it in C:/Program Files/OSCAR, or C:/Users/Owner/Documents. Although there is still a SleepyHeadData folder under Documents, which has no date stamp later than last September.

The default location for OSCAR_Data in Windows is c:\users\<user name>\documents. When you first installed OSCAR, you could have directed OSCAR to use a different location.
