Oscar won't pull data from my SD [see post #14 for solution]
I created a profile, opened it.
Import doesn't pull anything with the card locked or unlocked.

(if the system wrote files that should be deleted, what are they?)

Windows 10 latest 64 bit.
ResMed AirSense 10 APAP

I also installed ResScan 5.9 same thing it says:
"There are NO devices available. Connect a flow generator or data card and try again

Using only Windows Explorer, is the SD card displayed as a drive? If so, can you view its contents?

yes, It shows as E: and I can see the contents

After you press the SD Card Import, can you choose the option to select a folder, and specify E:?

What type of computer do you have?

If neither OSCAR for ResScan can see the SD card, that suggests to me that the problem is something about your computer or something in the way it is configured.;
