Hello xaid, yes you can get into the clinical menu of the resmed machines just like the phillips machines.. Some of us sleep better with the phillips machines than the resmed machines and I am one of those people (tried a resmed s10 FH model and the standard S10 for months a few years back). What issues are you having with comfort on your dreamstation?

I have also experienced some high heart rate peaks, and I could not relate them to anything. I am also eagerly waiting for some clues.

I really like the AirSense 11, but I just got a new replacement because of a fairly common error with the humidifier and heating element. My DME was not surprised at all that I needed an exchange, which made me think that this is a common issue now.

I experience many arousals during the night, when I look at my HR ring, it shows an increase in HR with a slight decrease in Oxygen level (see the posts I shared below for my Oscar charts). However, the Dreamstation shows an AHI that is extremely below 5. Some of the guys here in the forum advised me to shift to Airsense 10 since the ERP is more comfortable in comparison to the FLEX setting (by Phillips Dreamstation).
