The wizard's name is Kevin Cooper and he can be found at Vendor #19 -- go to his website and then give him a call. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I know that deals with oximetry. Of course, these are the type of questions you should ask of your sleep doctor to see if a follow-up visit is required.

RE: Oximetry report
I am not Kevin, but I will take a stab at this.

"total events is 5 time in events is 4.2 avg event duration is 50.2"
Your SPO2 dropped below some level (not sure what the low limit is) five times, for a total of 4.2 minutes, averaging 50.2 second per time.

"index 1 hour is 1.7 basal sp02 is 94.6"
1.7 hour long test? Basal is base line O2 saturation, yours is 94.6%

"time(min)<88% is 2.7 minimum sp02 is 74% avg low sp02 is 92.4"
You spent 2.7 minutes with SP02 below 88%, the lowest spot was 74% saturation, and the average low was 92.4%

"avg pulse rate is 86.8 low pulse is 37 pulse total events is 15 time in events is 9.7 avg event duration 38.8 sec"

Your average pulse rate is 86.8, but it went down to 37. You had 15 low pulse rate events spanning 9.7 minutes. The average low pulse rate event duration was 38.8 seconds.

"index 1 hour 5.0 artifact 1.0 adjusted index is 5.0"
No idea.

As to what this indicates in medical terms, consult a medical professional.
