Any thoughts on if this indicates a strong possibility?
As an aside I snore heavily, never wake refreshed and have a BMI of 33 but quite stocky.

Oximter report - sleep apnea?
I am awaiting a referral for potential sleep apnea, as such I have bought a recordable pulse oximeter in the interim. Last nights results were as attached.
Any thoughts on if this indicates a strong possibility? As an aside I snore heavily, never wake refreshed and have a BMI of 33 but quite stocky.

Your SpO2 numbers look good, but that does not mean you don't have sleep apnea. Your symptoms sure sound like sleep apnea.
Welcome!

RE: Oximter report - sleep apnea?
You didn't show your heart rate chart, but with an average of 51 and a low of 40, I would say you are definitely in the bradycardia area (abnormally slow heart beat). Has your GP mentioned referring you to a cardiologist? I would want that checked out.
Your O2 saturation by itself will neither confirm nor deny a diagnosis of apnea, but snoring and daytime tiredness certainly point to it. Spikes in the heart rate would also be indicative of apnea arousals.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure. https://aasm.org/resources/practiceparam...rating.pdf

you really need a sleep study, PLMD can also arouse and give daytime tiredness. There are a few things that can mess up your sleep, but the o2 chart indicates you don't have bad obstructive apnea.
this is my sisters chart, showing desaturations. I don't have one without cpap http://imgur.com/AbjmK72
