PLMS and Sleep Apnea
Hi, again. 5 months straight of less than 1 event per hr. Re-evaluated my PLMS scores during cpap titration which were just as high/higher than polysom showed. Starting Ropinirole (dopa agent) to see if PLMS is contributing to daytime fatigue.

I looked that up a while ago. Some find that exercise earlier in the day may help, too.
