RE: PS
Larry,

You can put a shortcut to any folder onto your dock so it is always accessible and it may be easier to find. If your dock is at the bottom of the screen, simply drag the folder to the right side of the dock and drop it. A short cut will be added. You could even do this with your SleepyHead screenshot folder.

RE: PS
Thank you - that's even better than sticking it on Finder.  I'll do it!

Which is a little better than yesterday.  I'm not sure what to do if anything.

RE: PS
Well Larry, slow progress, but progress I guess.

Can you fill us in on what the results of your sleep study or titration study were?

RE: PS
I went back in this thread, and I see you were previously using CPAP at a pressure range of 10-14 which gave you a result of 3 AHI. So currently you are using 8-14 with PS 2.0, and it appears you have a Ramp starting at 6.0 for about 10 minutes. Last night your machine ranged from 8-12 with PS 2 (IPAP 10-14). The clusters of OA are back in place of CA.

Thinking back to your previous CPAP experience, what machine did you use, and did you have any EPR or Flex settings? What was your average pressure and 90% pressure on auto-CPAP?

RE:  Neck collar solution

Hi Larry

For me after a rough trip with a drugstore neck collar the Caldera Neck Rest (once worn for a week to loosen up) is a luxurious treat.

This whole thread top to bottom might of interest.  http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...ght=collar

RE: PS
I can't tell you what the results of my sleep study was because it was so long ago.  I am going to have another one but it is about an hour and a quarter drive to the hospital and I really don't want to do it.  It will probably be in Jan or Feb.  I can't remember what the other thing was so I have to end this here and then I'll do another one.  No wait you wanted to know what my sleep machine was.  I forgot, but it was made by Repironics.  I don't remember the settings but I remember they were at first very high like around 20 - 22 but then they lowered it to around 18 or so and then they finally lowered it to 14/10 about 3 - 4 years ago.
