Philips Bipap auto sv advanced series one
Hi there,
I live in New Zealand and have one of the above machines which is under recall from Philips Sleep Apnea Australia. Before they will send me a replacement Philips say they need a data download if I have one or to take it to where I purchased machine and have them do a data download which is not practical as this was purchased from Secondwind Cpap which is in the United States and I live in New Zealand. I download my daily results to Oscar at present and am not sure what data download is but Philips say they require a Data Download to preset machine at my current  pressures because they say it is a requirement of Medsafe. What is needed to download data that they say they require. Machine is 9 years but I have only used it for 3 to 4 years of that. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks and regards Keithy.

You have the SD card, and I presume you can send a copy of that card or email a zipped copy of the entire contents to the location requesting the download. The data will go back as far as the card will hold. The SD card should have three folders and files.

All I get of my SD card is my Oscar reports, I have sent them these with pressures as set below the AHI results for the night and also the ones at the bottom left in report and they say this is not what they want. They say they want a Data download on SD card I may have or to take it back to where I got machine and get them to do a download it which will give me a PDF or printed document which I can scan and attach to an email. Apparently they want a download of all my pressure settings on machine. Could I just take photos of all the settings and send them them.

Not knowing your brand of CPAP, look at the Statistics screen of OSCAR. At the bottom is usually all pressure changes and their dates.

It's a BiPap autoSV Advanced System One 60 series (960P)

Have had a look at that but doesn't give full pressures settings for machine

That machine is compatible with OSCAR, which will produce the settings in the Daily Details Daily Sidebar. As I previously suggested, you can just copy the SD card in your machine to a second SD card and send it in.
