You don't need to worry about losing anything - you can go back to previous years and regenerate reports? (as long as the card didn't fill up or get corrupted?)

As for compliance report, the machine store compliance and statistics data and write it on the SD card
No chance to loose the data unless someone erase machine data
My advice, always get the Auto model, even if you're on fixed pressure , the reason being ... good to have the auto option and only cost a bit more than the Pro, better future investment choice
