Phillips System One needs service?

Phillips System One needs service?
Hi folks, all of a sudden my System One will cut off and say that it needs service.
And I know it's on the recall list.

Is there a way I service it make it stop?

Question: Why aren't you using your AirSense 10?

I doubt service would be recommended.  I would just contact insurance and or buy a new machine.  As CN said get a ResMed airsense 10 or 11 autosest.

You can unplug it from its power source, wait 5-10 minutes and plus it back in. This "reset" might help.

But why are you using the System One if you have an AirSense 10 as listed in your profile?

Might be his backup machine, travel machine or another family member's machine.  Why does it matter? He has a machine with a problem.

Because one is under a safety recall and the other isn't.
