Pillow Recomendations

Pillow Recomendations
I can't find this topic using search.
Right now I'm using a tempurpedic pillow and experiencing nasal mask leakage when I roll over on my side (left or right). I'm using a F&P Eson nasal mask (3 weeks now) and have tried adjusting the heads straps with no satisfactory results.

Im looking for pillow recommendations.

RE: Pillow Recomendations
Hi jochumr,

There are a few threads discussing sleep pillows, but here is a more recent one.

http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...ke-and-why

I think you’ll find that it is personal preference, just like a mask.  What works for one doesn’t necessarily work for someone else.  A lot of side sleepers have found that sleeping on the edge of your pillow with the mask sort hanging off helps.

EDIT: After reading your post again, I wasn’t sure if you are asking about sleep pillows or a pillow mask.
Anyhow, I use a ResMed P10 pillow mask and am a side sleeper with no problems at all.
I use a “My Pillow” brand sleep pillow.

RE: Pillow Recomendations
Hello, jochumr.

I use a gusseted buckwheat pillow. It can be shaped as needed to allow for the mask to hang off and supports my neck well when side sleeping.

I've had good luck searching the forum with Google by using this format in the Google search bar:

site:apneaboard.com "key words"

Substitute key words in the above with your keywords and leave out the quotation marks.

Re-try your Tempurpedic pillow tonight, EXCEPT put a FIRM cushion that's about 4" high under it. Such as temporarily borrowing one from your couch.

See how that works out for you...
