Not at all days , and sometimes I feel sleepy during the day . Also I believe
I a little bit concerned about the numbers that comes from the Rescan as
it is reflecting the real case .

Hi retired_guy ,

May I ask , why you are suggesting to replace my full face mask to Pillow One , although my leak rate is fine ? just I need to know what is your point of view ? because I am already confused !!

R_T is a joker. If your mask is working for you, by all means stick with it. If you are unhappy with its comfort or performance, look around Smile

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
