Please HELP! New CPAP user .. 3.5 weeks in .. AHI still avg high 4 - mid 6 range
3 to 5 am is prime time for REM sleep. REM sleep is a deeper sleep and you lose more control of your body functions, mouth comes open etc. This is when you would expect more pressure to to be needed to keep airways open.
