RE: Please Help Getting AirFit P10s to Work For Me (Higher AHIs)
On your side 1st half vs on your back 2nd half?
Your settings are good for the 1st half, i'd bump them for the 2nd a little say 10-12.5 but let them ride and see what you get with the same settings

Not sure what question you're asking.
My settings were the same for both "sessions" last night. I had a bathroom break. Not sure about my sleep. I think it was fractured.
I've never had such bad AHI scores. Tired today.

Typically AHI will be better sleeping on your side --- 1st half>
and worse when sleeping on your back --- 2nd half

I typically side sleep. The P10s do seem a little touchy about staying in place when side sleeping (and tossing). Sorry I didn't read your question rightly the first time. You were clear (I now see), it is my brain that feels fogged.
Thanks for the support!

RE: Please Help Getting AirFit P10s to Work For Me (Higher AHIs)
Not being able to afford a third night of bad sleep, I went back to the Wisp nasal mask with my old settings of 7.2-13.6 EPR 3.
AHI for last night was 0.4.
I'm perplexed why I'm doing so much worse with the P10s.
Thoughts?

Well, that is certainly interesting!
If you are getting better results with the Wisp than with the P10, then you have your answer.
I can't explain why the big difference in AHI because your leak rate is good, settings were the same, just different masks.
I would try to make the Wisp work (try mask liners for comfort), or try another brand nasal pillow mask or the DreamWare mask which alot of folk seem to like.
What's important is getting good solid sleep.

Isn't it curious? Even stranger is when I moved the P10 settings towards the suggested changes (the same ones I'd have guessed at making) the AHIs got worse.
I really don't understand what's going on. I'm still curious, but may just need to accept the P10s (that I think are very cool) are not going to work for me.
I'm working on getting a new ResMed N20 nasal mask to see if it reduces pressure on the bridge of my nose. Until then I guess I'll use the Wisp (worn as loosely as possible).
