Please Help Me with my APAP, exhausted : /
Hello,

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I have nasal polyps and I think it is causing my apnea.
I am currently using a full face mask RESMED f20 with the memory foam cushion

In the beginning of September I was getting use to my machine and was able to sleep 5 hours before waking up. Id pee and put the machine back on and sleep more.
I was honestly starting to feel better but then at some point in October I started waking up every 3 hours. I am feeling even more exhausted now and I don't know how much
more I can put up with this.

If someone can please help me, I would be forever grateful. I will attach some screenshots.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I unfortunately don't have any data from the days where I was sleeping well.

Hi ROBERT CAS,

Stick around you will get better.

At the top of the page is the OSCAR software most commonly use. Hopefully it will run on your machine. Or else we will be squinting.

OK,

I can't see starting pressure, on the graph but it is 7.

The one for 11/4/2022 did not go well. Did you block sections?

Oct 30 pressure was better then Nov 1. Unless you had bad night. . Increase the lower pressure by 1 cm.

What machine and software is that.

It seems to two pressures. What machine is this.

Hello,

thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me. I appreciate it greatly.

The machine is an APAP,  I am using a prismaAqua by Lowenstein Medical

Unfortunately OSCAR doesn't work with this machine so I had to use my machine's software

Would you like me to reupload some better screenshots?

Robert, I think your machine has a exhale pressure relief feature called Soft Pap.
I'm unable to tell from your graph if you're using it, but it may help.  Set it to 2.

I would also set your minimum pressure closer to the median pressure. Your charts suggest setting minimum to 9cm.

Hello OpalRose, thanks for taking the time to help meSmile

Ok I will increase my minimum pressure to 9, and put the soft pap up to 2

How tight should the face mask be?

Not sure which mask you're using, but it shouldn't be overly tight.

See if you can glean anything from the Mask Primer.
