Yes everything is the same. I did get a better strap, it has plastic wings that go down and then the elastic goes around the head. Only thing I did not like was the band would slip off my head during the night. With the wings I don’t have any problems.

Flonase works to relieve inflammation and is not just a decongestant. I think it will provide relief. I have used the Resmed Airfit P10 nasal pillows for a long time and find them comfortable. If you get soreness, then you can always switch off with the nasal mask as needed.
