RE: Please can you help me adjust my airsense 10 autoset
Welcome to the forum.

Min pressure should not be less than 4 + EPR to give EPR room to work. Thus your Min should currently be no less than 7. But set it to 8 based on the chart and to even out the pressure differential.
Lower EPR to 2 to decrease the Central Apnea.
The Flow Limits chart is missing, it is important because that is a major driver in increasing the pressures.

I agree with bonjour. Minimum pressure 8.0, Maximum pressure 14.0, EPR 2. Your 95% flow limitation is only 0.02, so not much of a problem, however when we see obstructive apnea, we know that exhale pressure or minimum pressure needs to be increased.

Use f12 to take a screen shot. It puts all together in the picture. Make sure all charts “flow limits” are included.

When you post take out the calendar by clicking on the small triangle in the calendar. It allows us to see other settings.

With pressure at 6.0 to 14.0 EPR 3, your pressure is fluctuating a lot. For EPR at 3 we recommned a minimum pressure of 7.0 to start wtih the EPAP pressure at 4.0, and in your case with the OA events, A higher minimum pressure is going to prevent more events, and be less disruptive to your sleep. If CA events continue, we can reduce EPR to 2. The 95% flow limit is 0.02 which is very good, and flow limits are not a factor in your current therapy. Based on results at 7-14 EPR 3 we can make further optimization after seeing results at the new settings.

This told us much of what we needed to know. Keep the same settings and reduce EPR to 1.
