He's not being funny he is spot on.
The only difference between his recommendations and mine were I started the min at 7 instead of 8. Only because you are now at 5 and I did not want to make a massive change in the first step.
You may very well wind up with min at 8 or 10, but we want to take it slow and see how you react to the change.

I agree with everything said so far by bwexler and retired_guy. I would try a slightly different min and max pressure but that is just because I operate a little differently. It is probably best for you to sneak up on the final pressure range like retired_guy says.
