Welcome to the forum.
First there is nothing 'wrpng' with your charts, you are just not comfortable.

So please try a min pressure of 10, no other changes, and see if that helps.

Thanks Gideon for your response.
I will do it today and check for a week.

One little confusion, from chart is it possible to day if I needed Bi-pap ?

I did home study from Sleep quest and they suggest me CPAP. My insurance is very bad and my PCP also. I have purchased CPAP machine my self from Sleep quest report

Below is my sleep study report.

RE: Please help me to read my chart.
First, you ARE using a BiLevel with a PS=3 thanks to your EPR=3.  I do not see a need for a higher PS.

Headaches imply a possible, only a possible need for more oxygen.  This is accomplished via a higher PEEP which is gained via a higher EPAP or Exhale pressure.

Is it possible you need a BiLevel, yes, but very unlikely.

One more question if you know.

My mind is always create too much story in night. story is not related to me and not fearful but normal. Is it related to sleep apnea?

Did the increase in pressure help the headaches?

Increased dreaming as our apnea becomes better treated is normal.

Hi Gideon,
Sorry for the late response.

Increasing pressure did not help me. still have a headache.

One more point. I am using mouth tap. some time i feel the air is coming out from the mouth.

Does it show this on the chart ? any other suggestion to improve my sleep quality.

I am attaching last two day chart here.
Thank you so much for your time and guidance.
