Please help me to understand OSCAR data

RE: Please help me to understand OSCAR data
Here in the US, about the only time doctors, etc. check your therapy progress is for the first 3 months and only then are they seeing you used it for 4 or more hours. They almost never check the data and ask "is she doing well with this setting?". They don't do this normally. They only check compliance to satisfy the insurance bean counters.

You must self advocate this therapy. How? Step 1 is already done in getting an AB account. Step 2 was the OSCAR data. Step 3 is get feedback from the members here and we'll say things just like staceyburke gave out. He has a good move suggested, you want to change the machine mode to Auto. You can have a small range of pressures, say from 6-10, 12 or similar. Also EPR is a good thing to turn on Full Time at 2. This varies things a bit more and helps the comfort to go up in most. Finally step 4 is review OSCAR and get more feedback to tune it some more until it gets to your best settings.

Let's get you into the Clinical Menu. Hold Home and Dial buttons together for about 5 seconds. Find Mode and select Auto or whatever is appropriately similar. Then go to pressures and plug in the numbers suggested. Then finally find EPR and set it up Full Time and setting of 2. A clinical manual is available above in the CPAP Setup Manual area at the top black banner.

I set my machine to AUTO. Now I'm looking forward to seeing if there are any changes this week. But adjusting the machine to auto no longer allows me to change the EPR. The choices are on or off.
The Cpap therapy is more complex than I expected.
Thank you so much for your help!

I don’t have your machine but I think when you turn it on it will then give you the optio 1, 2, 3. What did you set the min and upper number?

Thank you for your advice. I found the Clinical Menu and I have set the cpap machine on auto.
I don't see a way to change EPR on the settings. Choice is either ON or Off.
I appreciate your input

OK if you'd try turning EPR On it may open the options.

There are three EPR settings on the AutoSet:

EPR on/off
EPR TYpe (full time or ramp only)
EPR Level (1, 2, or 3)

Pressure relief on/off is in normal mode. The three EPR settings are visible in Clinician mode. Sorry I didn't mention that before.

Ok, I figured out how to change the EPR and set it to two.
Last night when I slept, I set the machine on auto. Attached is the report.
The air flow from the mask woke me up 2 or 3 times because it was blasting through my mask.
Today I found the setting to adjust the Highest-lowest pressure. The high was set at 30 and the low was set at 10. but I didn't set that.
What should I set the pressure adjustment on the high and on the low?

The Oscar download is 1.1.1 which is what I already have on my Mac.
