how do people feel with Cervical support pillows vs cervical braces? seems like an easier compromise?

I'm sure the pillow is more comfortable. whether it's as effective is debatable and unique to each individual. imo the collar is more effective but no matter if the pillow solves your problem. make sure it isn't too thick/high and try it and see.
