Please help with treatment review
RE: Please help with treatment review
Hi DaveL,
Looks like the N20 works best for you. Leak rate is good.

Can I ask, how many times do you wake up? I don't see breaks in your therapy, so you must be able to go back to sleep.

You can also try EPR at 2 or 3. See if that helps with comfort.

Sometimes, we have to look elsewhere for reasons why we keep waking. Are you taking any new medications? Have you had a complete physical lately?

There are so many things that affect our sleep. Believe me, I don't sleep all that well either.

Thanks OpalRose.

Gideon started me at EPR=3  By post 389 he reduced it to EPR=1

How many times do I wake up?  I usually wake up about 3 times a night....but I get up once a night one or two times a week.

I move a lot. An amazing amount.

I also have restless leg syndrome. That was identified during my first titration over 30 years ago. 35?  Confirmed during my last titration...just over 2 years ago.  It's never been addressed.  Except by my Golden Retriever...

I feel like I'm failing at OSA therapy.  It's taken a long time. I've been compliant from the beginning.

No new medicine.  I only take blood pressure medicine.  In Canada 120 / 80 is expected of us 74 year olds....

CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life.

Thanks!
I'm not used to feeling refreshed when I wake! This morning was a real blessing.

That's what was important today. (my ahi's have been terrible lately. I went back to basics last night. N20/my home-made pad under my chin. No coffee before bed...)

Worst night's sleep...feeling drained and overwhelmed
For a while I've chosen to sleep without a pillow.

Last night's sleep was terrible.

Please take a look at my OSCAR reading.

How can I improve? This is the worst night's sleep in a long long time.

Thanks

RE: Please help with treatment review
Next night was better. Lots better.

Lesson for me--there's more to a good night's sleep than my OSA treatment.

My OSA treatment is pretty much fixed. However, other things drag me down. But not always. Smile

Hi Gideon. I don't feel rested. I have no energy at all. When I sit down anywhere at home I fall asleep. Any time of the night or day.
