I'm sure the procedure will be similar on a Series 9 machine.

Thanks.
I appreciate your help.
I did find out: 22,000+ hours on my machine.

Thanks!
Follow up: I tried; didn't work.
I got another card.
I've used it, and it works.

My machine is a survivor! 22,000 hours on it! Smile

1. Press both the Info and the Setup buttons for about 5 seconds.
2. In the Clinician menu, press the Info button.

Thanks!
That's very helpful.  It took me a while but I used the Clinician Menu/Info Button route.

My machine was used when I bought it.  A friend had typical Ontario Canada diagnosis  Her sleep doctor proscribed here machine, a humidifier, and full face mask; said come back in 4 months. She never went back.  She sold me the machine, used with 2 full face masks for less than I pay for a mask. I am very lucky.

I don't know when I assumed ownership...it ws a long time ago. I bet she had several hundred hours on it.

Thanks!
Great advice!
I expect I'll end up paying about $700 Canadian out of pocket....I do qualify for reimbursement. However, Canadian prices are so very high.

If your DME won't sell it at the ADP approved CPAP price (approx $825), find one that will.

Thanks very much!

I'll check around.
My DME is very helpful; prices are high. (buyer beware! ;Wink

My first 2  machines just recorded hours run.
I found my S9E used! I *think* I didn't qualify for the ADP programme because it was within my 5 year interval.

My first machine lasted 9 years.  noisy awful beast.
My second machine I used for 3-4 years?
This machine has lasted a long time...22,100 hours

DaveL find out if your DME is registered with Ontario's Assistive Devices Program. If you have a sleep doc, they should also be registered for you to get the government assistance. If you have other health insurance, they may have less restrictive requirements for reimbursement. I am not certain, but a registered DME may be required to sell at the ADP price regardless of ADP reimbursement.
There are several PDF files on the Ministry of Health website.

Thank you!

I have HORRIBLE benefits. I'll check there first. (Grateful I have benefits at all; I lost them completely when I was 70 plus a day. I fought. Talked about wrongful dismissal and age discrimination...age discrimination still applies.)

A touch of reality just hit.  A co worker passed away in his sleep on Saturday morning.  52.  I'm very lucky!

Clearly I'm mouth breathing when I first sleep.

I've been terribly claustrophobic with full face masks.  I've tried 10 or so; I've never made it through the night.

So I use a self made pad under my chin.

I just upgraded OSCAR.  I'm grateful for the wonderful team that made it possible.  I'm a computer-klutz
and use an iMac.

My numbers are good.  However, I don't sleep well and don't feel rested.
