Score!  100!

07:38 usage hours   70/70!

Good mask seal       20/20

4.5 events per hour!   5/5

1 mask on/off            5/5

And here I was ticked off for last night's score, that my S10 reported as 5! when I woke up!  Dielaughing

Thank heaven I get the wonderful help I need here, using OSCAR!

We're trying to keep changes fairly small because I really think you are near an optimal pressure. Let's keep an eye on the long-term results.

Feel like I didn't sleep at all
Good morning,
Woke up at 4:44 and checked my watch.  Checked a lot after that.
Sometime I was playing with my mask...not enough air.

Settings

min 13.4

Thanks for looking...appreciate your help. These charts look awful, but I don't know why.

RE: Please help with treatment review
looks good to me. for perspective, I wish I could go nearly nine hours with fewer than 3 to 6 mask offs, much less zero like yours. and have such low leaks. ahi less than 2. what do you see?

I’m grateful for the Knightsbridge strap.

I’m careful with washroom breaks. Fingers crossed there.

If I have multiple mask-off and washroom breaks I observe treatment isn’t working for me. And if I have to wear all this crap it had better work

I wondered if I was hyperventilating at the beginning of sleep, and just before I woke up at 4:30 or so. Insufficient airflow. ?
