Thank you, Trev.
Here's a picture of last night... so far it has been one of my best nights. I'm going to see the doctor for a follow up in about 2 weeks. My average AHI since October 12 is 10.31 (SleepyHead). Last week it was 13.76 and I think it may be due to been congested (I've been having a hard time breathing thru my nose).

Wow I just said this on another tread. Looks positional. A soft Cervical collar would help.

here's last night...
and the night before that... (this is really bad) not sure why it's been so bad this last two nights. my pressure settings are still 14/19 and I'm thinking that's not high enough... but I like to discuss with my doc before I change any of settings. what do y'all think?

RE: Newbie / Intro
Yes you need higher pressures. I also think a Soft Cervical collar would help. Any chance of getting a VAUTO to use?

I would think there is a lot chin tucking etc, you need to sort this stuff out or you will always have trouble. As suggested a foam cervical collar will give a quick answer if this is the problem
This may help a bit, page 35 has the S9 S titration, it's the same principal for the 10. https://www.resmed.com/us/dam/documents/...lo_eng.pdf

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure. https://aasm.org/resources/practiceparam...rating.pdf |
