Poor AHI after switching from Pico to Under the Nose

RE: Poor AHI after switching from Pico to Under the Nose
Thank you. I have turned the IPAP to 8.5 for tonight. I already turned off biflex two days ago. Would trying simple CPAP mode at a pressure of 8 be a good idea? New mask is so pleasant to wear, I am ready for few more nights slightly adjusting pressure.

I think some pressure support is helpful in suppressing hypopnea and making therapy more comfortable. A reduction in CA will occur as pressure support is reduced. The events are of short duration and you don't seem very stressed, so going slow will have a better chance of a soft-landing.
