Positional Apnea Problems

RE: Positional Apnea Problems
With a median inhale pressure of 15+, I would increase minimum from 10 to 13.

RE: Positional Apnea Problems
Well,
I have EPR at 3.  I've found a set up that keeps me off of my back.  I've attached the last three nights OSCAR graphs.  The first was with a 2.5 soft collar.  The last two were with a 3in soft collar. I'm not sure what is going on.  I've found a flatter pillow, but it is out gassing right now.  I hope to be able to try it soon.  I'm not sure why the 3in is doing worse than the two in collar.  Both fit vertically.  I can lower my chin less with the 3in.  Could I have made it too tight when I fastened it?  I'm also not sure what's going on with the flow limit.  95% is 0.18, 0.20, and 0.27.  Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm stumped.  I changed the minimum pressure to 12 and last night I used the Futuro adjustable collar.  I had it as high as I could.  I also wore a sleep noodle belt and had some thing on my side that prevented me from rolling onto my back.  I don't see any additional improvement.   I'm still getting lot's of OA's and Hyponeas.  I'm not sure what to try next.
