Positional apnea

Positional apnea
Good morning Cpap family!

I’ve been having consistent numbers the first week of July. I try to keep my weekly average below 3 every week. I’m faithful to my cervical collar because my primary issues are positional apnea.
We just got a Tempur pedic mattress …breaking it in now. It’s been a week and it’s still pretty stiff.
Slow process but worth it.

My numbers have been between 1-3 with a spike every once in a while. I feel rested when I awake. This morning I had a spike up to 6.6 and I could tell it was going to be high because I felt unrested before I checked it.

My question is how often do all of you have a spike ? I know mine come from when I unknowingly lay on my back. How many of you are successful with controlling positional apnea?
CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life.
