With my ivaps machine. I don't have a chart, I dial in my height and the machine automatically adjusts to the tidal volume. It then tries to maintain around this volume. I initially had trouble understanding how and why things were done and I still regard myself at the early end of the learning curve. However, I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
