[Pressure] Do I need a Bi-Pap or higher pressure APAP?
RE: Do I need a Bi-Pap or higher pressure APAP?
Johnny, with CPAP and BiPAP we only know what we try. Even clinical titration is a trial and error process, but the end-point is usually where efficacy occurs. In your case we have achieved efficacy and you're looking for optimization. Trying a higher pressure support is just that, a trial. If it fails you go back to what worked best. There is no harm in trying.

I tweaked around with some settings, how do you guys think I'm looking? Believe it or not I'm perfectly fine at these pressure settings the only annoyance is that my ears pop but I have learned to deal with that. I rather just have one more aggressive range if I feel fine with it. Let me Know is PS should be adjusted any more.

I will send better pics later in the day its confusing story why the pics are cut off

You are showing a tendency to tucking your chin, I would have missed it of 2 of your charts but it is evident on 10/20.
My advice is to watch it, be aware of it and address it if it hits harder, and then consider a soft cervical collar.

I guess the original question, whether you need BiPAP is answered. CPAP could not deliver these pressures. It looks as good as you feel. i'd like to see fewer OA events, but I suspect most of that is just sneaking past the current collar, and you will eventually work it out.

One of our members earlier in the year did that write-up on Corflex and their SCC. Maybe you'd like to research that brand and see if it's something that may help out. That is, if the collar you have now fails to help.
