[Pressure] EPR settings

EPR settings
I recently purchased a ResMed S9 Escape CPAP machine and not from the doctor. Since I know my pressure setting I adjusted the machine myself. 13/3. My question is, is the /3 the EPR setting? EPR offered settings 1,2,3 and patient? EPR 3 feels the most comfortable but what is (patient)?

RE: EPR
Patient means that you, the patient, are able to select the EPR level you want. Otherwise, the level would be locked and only changeable from the clinician's settings menu.

Not sure on the /3 setting but your explanation seems logical being that it is a CPAP machine with fixed pressure. Your pressure support will be 3cm H2O below what your setting is, in this case 13, and will not go below the minimum of 4cm.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

Understood. Duplicating the effects from my at home study is a must. This therapy has changed my lifestyle drastically.

Download sleepyhead and post your daily charts. Let's see what is going on, maybe nothing, but you never know.
