So working on the leaks should be a priority.

At the same time I'd be inclined to edge the minimum pressure up slightly (maybe 0.5 cm at a time) to find a comfortable balance between controlling flow limits on one hand and aerophagia on the other.

I would raise your minimum pressure to 6 as we often feel air starved at 4 it would smooth out the pressure line somewhat and make your EPR more consistent

Night 2 of wide open 4-20cm.

Changed EPR from 1 to 3.

Felt like a good night sleep.

Attached is report, looks pretty good to me... thoughts?

I would raise the minimum to 7 so you get full benefit of the EPR of 3 but looks a good night how do you feel
