OSCAR help for UARS sufferer

OSCAR help for UARS sufferer
Hi everyone, I am new to the board. I just got two days of data from my Resmed Airsense 10 and wanted some help interpreting the data. I'll attach my sleep study as well.

A little background, I was diagnosed with UARS last month and have been using CPAP since the beginning of this month. I've tried many different settings but nothing is making my main symptom, maintenance insomnia, better. I always get awakened in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep for hours or at all. When I did the sleep study, my RDI was 17 and AHI was 1.2.

Please help. I'm growing more fatigued and irritated each day and I'm getting depressed and losing motivation.
