[Pressure] Need opinions on my flow rate please

I keep forgetting to ask this and I can’t post a screenshot right now but I’m noticing a “hook” right at the beginning of my inspirations without any flow limitations on the chart. They start then “hook” then continue on as normal. I’ve noticed others timeframes where I’ve had what appears to be flow limitations on the flow rate but not on the flow limitations chart. Zero leaks either. I can’t put my finger on it. Anyone know what’s going on?

Well I've got good news and bad news. The good news is a soft cervical collar gets rid of my flow limited breathing. The bad news is I hate it. I can't get it to stop shoving the mask into my nose (F30). Loosening it only leads to leaks when I test it with mask fit. The first two sessions I had the collar on. Around 4am I couldn't take the pressure on my nose anymore so I took it off.  If you look at the UF1 line it's definitely a positional issue(80% for 10secs).  Hopefully I receive my Dr. Dakota collar from Walmart soon. If only they can remember to create a shipping label for my box this time. I should've received it on the 16th but they never created a shipping label so I never got it.  I bought a soft cervical collar because I got a bit impatient with all of that.

At least I don't have to argue with my doctor about getting rid of the flow limited breathing with the AirCurve since this is a positional issue.
