Hi Healinhand,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
If you are having trouble getting used to your mask and machine, you could try this.
While you are watching tv or reading during the evening before you go to sleep, wear your mask and use your machine. This will help you and your body get use to it.

Takes a couple weeks or so to get used to it.
I am running 15cm now with no EPR and only get a little ear popping sometimes.
Rest of the time I don't notice it.

I slept about 6 hours last night.....I feel really good this morning. What a change, I`m so sick of being tired all the time.....I normally sleep 10 hours and will take a nap in the afternoon. I`m sure it will get better over time.
