Thank you, gentlemen! I sincerely appreciate your input on this. 

I will give my machine one more night, after trying to dial in a smaller pressure range. But I think there's a strong likelihood I'll be placing an order for the ASV in the morning. Becoming very curious to see what real relief from this malady is like.

Your setting from Jan. 31 seems pretty decent.  Why not stay with these for some days an see what will happen?
