You could have saved a lot of time. This is the pressure I suggested on page 1 of this thread before Ted got us all sidetracked on "optimum pressure" from the sacred titration study.

so, I guess the big question is are you going to get supplemental oxygen and use it. too bad you don't know what desats are like at 8.5 to 9.5. if you are going to try to independently assess this, you probably could use an oximeter.
it is clear by your report that the desaturations occurred during an especially cluttered area around 10:30, with multiple snores and some flow limitations but no apneas. the next patch of multiple snores was about 3:45, but you were off the oximeter.
it is great that you have not been experiencing headaches since splinting airway at 8.5 to 9.5. that is a pretty good indicator of better SpO2.
