RE: Pressure Setting
  • Insert the SD card in your PC's card reader.
  • Open OSCAR.
  • Select CPAP Importer
  • Select the, Choose a folder.
  • Navigate to the SD card's main listing.  Do not go any further into it.
  • Press Enter.

RE: Pressure Setting
A standard OSCAR screenshot of the Daily tab. Typically best to always have events on top. Then flow rate, pressure, leak, and flow limit. These individual chart sections can be smashed a bit top to bottom by dragging separation borders. First shot like this should be great.

RE: Pressure Setting
First, read the links in my signature for Organizing Your Oscar Chart and Attaching Files. A screenshot will be easier to use.

Second, you have positional apnea, and we have seen this a lot! Read these two wikis, and you will se some before charts that look like yours, and after charts that show what can be done with a soft cervical collar. This is easily solved. Are you using multiple or thick pillows?

RE: Pressure Setting
I use 1 thin pillow. If I lay on my back it’s real bad. If I lay on a side it’s much better. But hard to do with full face mask. I have the Phillips full face dreamwear coming. I hope I can lay more on my side with that. When I get home I will take a proper screen shot. How about settings on machine?

RE: Pressure Setting
With very high positional Apnea like this I'm not sure any settings changes will make a difference until positional issue is addressed. Even so, a case can be made that a starting Pressure of 4 is too low for most adults. As a starting pressure, 7 or 8 makes more sense as your median EPAP was about 11.5.

RE: Pressure Setting
Be aware that no amount of pressure will correct the positional apnea. Correcting this is step 1.
