Since you started this thread, it is best to keep it all here. That allows anyone to easily go back and read your history. We can always change the title if you desire.

RE: Optimizing Dreamstation, Autoset for Her after Post 50
Therapy still looks very good. The most recent night at 10.0 to 15.0 pressure with EPR 3 saw an uptick in OA and CA, but the 95% flow limit is still zero. The previous chart on Nov. 7 was exceptional with AHI at 0.23. On the current Nov 14 chart, the AHI is 1.55 and the pressure is still in a very tight range. You seem to have a ramp of 20 minutes with a minimum pressure of 5.0. Try to increase that minimum ramp pressure or just eliminate ramp if you are comfortable with that. The CA events are all at the end of the night, and I'm tempted to dismiss them as sleep-wake-junk. I would be interested to hear how you subjectively feel about your therapy comfort.

I changed the thread title. Let me know if you want something different. I like your data together because we can refer back to the Dreamstation results easily for comparison. On you charts, it would help if you would vertically shrink events, flow, pressure and leaks so that the flow limits will fit on one chart. We really won't need the other charts unless we ask.
