Slept pretty well last night. The BiPAP seems to want to go to a higher pressure often, not sure.

Yep! That's because of your flow limit. If you are not sleeping on your side, try it. Above all, the worst position is sleeping on your back. If flow limits continue, try bumping up your PS to 5 and add 1 cm to the upper limit to match.
