I'll Ditto what ajack said above on just get used to it by using it even when but trying to sleep at that particular time. My pressures have been and will be higher, but regardless I've had to focus on using xPap whenever I could just to get used to feeling with exhaling. I was specifically moved to BiPAP because of the combo of high pressure and difficulty in exhaling. High pressure by the way is to me about 15 on the dial. Welcome aboard and good luck.
