Well... it doesn't really matter if you're a member of the HOG's, RICE BURNERs or any of the others, there are only two rules for all...
1). ALWAYS but ALWAYS keep the SHINNY SIDE UP!
2). At all costs, ALWAYS AVOID THE HIGH SIDE.
Asphalt rash ain't fun... it's about as enjoyable as taking a shower in a carbide air blaster... (the voice of experience)
Warning: Eating chocolate may cause your clothes to shrink!

What can us bald guys use/do to help prevent the marks left behind? What have others used to help? Thanks
Hi wxmcpo,
Not a guy, but I get strap marks on my hair, and I use a P10 mask. I have to be very careful that the straps are not pulled too tight to avoid such marks.
So whether we have hair or not, we can still get those lines from straps, but I can see how you might be upset with it.
Someone suggested to use the soft fleece strap covers. That sounds like a good idea to me.
Let us know if you find a solution.

Some of you guys are pretty funny with your suggestions and I appreciate them all. I am actually a Harley rider and have tried the skull cap idea, but I still get the marks. While I have never used nasal pillows before I think I may order the P10 from Amazon and give it a try.
RE: Preventing head gear marks on bald head
You would probably need something thicker, like a knit toque (watch cap is that is too Canadian for you) to prevent the marks. It needs to be able to apply the pressure over a larger area. But that might get you a hot head at night.
