Problem Getting Detailed Data from S9 Autoset 36005A

Mask Type: Nasal pillows
Mask Make & Model: Air Fit P101
Humidifier: none
CPAP Pressure: 6-12
CPAP Software: ResScan SleepyHead

Hi Doc J. Thanks for your response and looking at the USB module specs. I can now confirm everything you mentioned in your email. Detailed data is not available through the USB port. Only available through the SD card and there is no issues regarding this with 36005 vs 36005A.
I don't know the arbitrary reasoning behind some of decisions by ResMed to restrict detailed only through the SD card. This makes the USB port useless to me. I guess now I can look at adding the oximeter option without having to worry about having to share the interface with the USB port.

Hi,
I have the S9 and also can not get detailed data graph. Not light up. Card inserted fine in machine. All data selected. Downloads everything but no graphs. Older rescan version I could get it. New 5.1 version no luck. Please help!

Hi dekelsey61, what is the exact model of your S9? Mine is S9 Autoset Model 36005A. I know there are differences between model numbers in their ability to provide detailed data. However, since you were able to get data with the previous version of ResScan, I don't see why you cannot get the same thing with 5.1. Did you try reading the SD card with SleepyHead software to verify that the details are still is there?

Thanks for the reply. I have the same Autoset model as you do. I have not tried sleepyhead software yet. May try? I will continue to work with it.
