While you are signed in to Apnea Board, go to this link for instructions:

New insight into my download issue.
I created a new Encore Pro profile and then formatted a new SD card and placed it into the DSX900 ASV machine in question. Using that card that had no data on it from any prior version of the firmware, I tried to import into Encore Pro. The result was that all of the data from the past 3 days (that's how long I had the upgraded machine) loaded just fine. My conclusion is that the change in file structures placed on an SD with previous file structures caused Encore Pro to only see the earlier data and not see the current data. The fix was to create a new patient profile, use a cleanly formatted SD card and use that card / profile combination and going forward. All the data from the original profile remains intact but inaccessible from the new one.

The 1.0.1 release has trouble with ASV machines. The current betas and next release handle it much better.
